MFT Sketch 262

Hello everyone in the MFT world and Happy New Year. I apologize for my absence lately but with work and making my own cards and ornaments it's been hard to make any challenges for the last few weeks. Now that everything has slowed down at work and at home I am back to doing challenges. Tonight I used the kit Life is Better by Phyllis Harris from unity stamp and also used the stencil Herringbone Bricks in the background.

I used the sentiment "Life is better with friends."  I also use Distressed Markers to color in the Little girl and the puppy, While I used a pinkish/ red color to ink up the stencil and then cut it out into smaller pieces to make this card pop.

Unity Hop 1-7-2016

Yay another hop so excited and I've begun counting down the weeks till I'm the GIU girl. I can't wait. I'm the last week of the year so I'm hoping everything will go fast even though I don't really want it to. Anyways tonight I have a very cute card for you. Now I started out with the Kit Going to be Owl-right. I love this little owl. He's so cute.

I used the sentiment "It's not what we have in life, but who we have in our life that matters."

Unity New Years Ever Blog Hop two days later.

Hello every one and Happy New Year !!!!!!!!! Okay so I'm a few days late but it's been very busy at Target for the last two weeks today is the first time I've even went anywhere near my stamps in a good while. I'm usually better at keeping up with challenges but the lack of sleep was getting to me. Anyways I'm better now that everything has slowed down at work.

So for the first Creation of 2016 I use one of my new kits Part of the story. I love this kit cause everyone has an event they struggle with and each one is just part of that story.

Oh and I also got a new toy the other day. I got me a Cuttlebug it's awesome even though I'm still learning to use it. But I love the embossing folder. Now I need to get some more.
